All bags are individual designs so I am unable to offer refunds for pieces commissioned, unless the item is faulty.

Please contact me within 14 days of receipt to arrange the return of the item. The item must be sent back in its original, unworn condition. I will then arrange the refund.

If you should receive a damaged or faulty item, please let  us within 7 days. To arrange a return, or if the item you received is faulty please contact me quoting your name and address, details of the item, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement.

The item is your responsibility until I receive it.  My advice is to send the parcel to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods either Royal Mail or a courier service.  I cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in the post. If you are returning an item to me for a refund, be aware that the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

All products being returned must be repackaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. I cannot exchange goods that have been used, or that do not have their original packaging. If this happens, the item/items will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.
